Hybrid 1-on-1 Training Plan
Specific only to my local clients, I am offering a dynamic hybrid plan that combines in-person 1-on-1 training with virtual tools provided through the UTS App. This offer provides the best of both worlds and far more benefits to clients than the outdated in-person-only system that limits both trainer and client to only a scant few hours of week of collaboration.

Where most trainers meet with their clients and athletes only once per week and abandon them for the rest of their fitness journey, I can provide expert guidance throughout the week utilizing the ease and convenience of a single, easy-to-use APP. I do not provide short-term bootcamps, gimmicks, or trends: I deliver long-term results utilizing evidence-based protocols guided by more than 20 years of experience and the latest in exercise and nutritional science.

What is included?
Four (4) 1-on-1 sessions per month

Limited to one (1) per week scheduled at your convenience through Calendly.*

Can include any category: ADL, Athlete, Hypertrophy, Strength & Conditioning, Disease or Injury Management, or General Fitness
Two (2) customized workouts delivered via the UTS App

The App will show you your exercises with expert demonstrations provided by myself

The App also tracks all elements of exercises: repetitions, sets, even rest periods (with its own stopwatch and countdown!)

You will have 24/7 Access to me for any questions or concerns through the easy and secure messaging system directly in the APP.

Any Meal Plan is 100% customizable by you through the App: swap and exchange recipes as you see fit and the App will track your calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat intake!

Each Meal Plan includes a comprehensive shopping list delivered weekly

You have the freedom to swap and switch recipes as desired through the expansive (and growing) UTS Recipe Book

The UTS App will track your caloric and macronutrient intake for you!

How Does it Work?

Once you are ready, I will sign you up for your subscription

Download the appropriate APP on your smart device, provide your initial payment, and fill out the required forms

Contact Trey Topp from Topp Shape to become a member of Topp Shape Gym in Murphysboro, IL (your membership fee is deducted from your UTS subscription!)**

Your first two workouts and Meal Plan will be delivered to you within 72 hours and you will also gain access to the UTS App with all of its many amenities

Finally, you will be given an access link to Calendly to book your 1-on-1 session at your own leisure!
How Much Does it Cost?
The original cost was $500 per month. However, in appreciation of my local clientele and to celebrate the birth of my daughter, I have reduced the base cost to only $200.
​
This fee does not include the cost of gym membership to Topp Shape Gym, where I train and where I will be training my clients and athletes. This discount only applies to members of Topp Shape.

Any trainee must join Topp Shape Gym as a requirement to join UTS.
​​
For subscription members, additional 1-on-1 sessions are reduced to only $45/hour.
​
It may be a shock that the average commercial gym charges $70-$100 per hour for trainers with minimal experience or expertise.

With your monthly payment, you and a guest receive four 1-on-1 sessions that average out to less than $25 per hour, plus an additional 8 workouts through the APP as well as the Cookbook and Meal Planner.

Hybrid Plan Upgrades
You might be wondering: Can I Upgrade my Plan?
Absolutely! Many of these upgrades allow you to enjoy the same services I provide to my remote clients at a dramatic 40-60% reduction in fees.

Add a second person to your subscription for only $50 more per month, providing them access to your customized workouts and allowing them to accompany you on our 1-on-1 sessions!

Upgrade to 4x workouts per week for only $50 more per month, netting you a total of four, expert-designed workouts per week: 3 through the APP and a fifth in our 1-on-1 session. These workouts will follow the strategic and evidence-based approach of Ulfhednar Training Systems as applicable, from specialized training to advanced, long-term periodization

Upgrade to 5x workouts per week for only $60 more per month

Add Health and Wellness Coaching for only $49 per month

And let us not forget that additional 1-on-1 training sessions are discounted a whopping 40% to only $45/hour for singles and $55 for doubles.

How does UTS Compare?
Compared to the industry standard, my services at UTS are simply exceptional.

Consider that the average cost for a an experienced, multi-credentialed coach range from $100-$300 per hour or $500-$2,500 per month;
and that a nutritionist is $50-$200 per consultation, or monthly plans range from $200-$1,000;
and that a wellness coach charges $50-200 per session or $200-$1,500 per month...
