​But let us be candid: not everyone wants to spend hours upon hours in the gym, or wants to be bigger, stronger, faster. Some of us just want to move better and feel better, and want to have fun doing it! For those of us who fall into this category, I have designed a special subscription program that delivers THREE unique workouts every week, constantly varying and fresh, and designed to be completed in well under an hour. This means TWELVE unique workouts every month. Since it is not customized on a per-person basis like the 1-on-1 Training Plans, I can offer this program at an extremely affordable $29.99/Month, less than half the cost for a single hour with a personal trainer.

Not only will you have access to the 200 (and growing) exercises in my custom, curated library, complete with professional demonstrations by myself, but your weights, sets, repetitions, and rest periods will all be designed for you and saved so that you can view them in the future. Forgot what weight you used a week or two ago for goblet squats? No problem; it will have that data readily available.

​

What if you do not like an exercise? No problem; simply swipe and replace it with one that you prefer. Creating your own workouts are as easy as sending a text to a friend. Goblet Squats are assigned, but you are not really feeling it that day? Swap in any one of over 200 other exercises. Find one that makes you want to get to the gym (yes we are tricking ourselves, but you gotta do what ya gotta do, am I right?).

Available as a stand-alone program, the UTS APP provides a customizable Meal Planner and access to the UTS Recipe Book. The Recipe Book is curated by me and includes 150 (and growing!) healthy recipes that make clean eating effortless and delicious. The Meal Planner simplifies healthy eating by allowing you to select your meals, choose what days and times to eat them, all while the app tracks the calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat content specific to your choices. All of those little things that are so labor-intensive to track on your own are done for you automatically through my APP.

 

Once you have designed your ideal Meal Plan, the App creates a shopping list so that you can easily purchase the ingredients needed for an entire week of clean, healthy, and satisfying meals. Unlike other Meal Planners, you can easily customize your plan to your personal preferences, and since you have a one-on-one communication path directly to me, I can add healthy recipes specific to your wants.
